Joaquín Cubillos Macaya
Law degree from Universidad de Concepción and an LLM in Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Postgraduate diplomas in Commercial Companies and Enterprise from Universidad de los Andes, and in Intellectual Property from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Jorge Lama Navarro
Law degree from Universidad de Concepción and a Master’s in International Political Economy from the University of York (UK). Postgraduate diplomas in Public Procurement and Government Contracting from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and in Employment Law from Universidad de Chile.
Legislative adviser at the Chilean Association of Municipalities (2023–2025), Chief of Staff at the Undersecretariat of National Assets, and General Counsel for Sacyr Operación y Servicios and Valoriza (2015–2018).
