Second opinion and support for your judgement
A direct line to a partner to test a decision before taking it to the board or a committee. For a head of legal working alone, having someone to test a view against is worth as much as having more hands.
Reporting ready for the board
Our reports arrive in a format you can forward to your management without reworking them. We do not hand you a memo that you then have to translate into the language of the business.

We are two in-house lawyers and cannot keep up with the contracts. What fits us?
Ongoing support, in its overflow component. You hand us the flow of standard contracts under an agreed service level and your team is freed for strategic work. It is cheaper and faster than hiring the third lawyer, and you can adjust it when your volume changes. If you also need someone reserved for you with guaranteed availability, that is quoted as partial temporary dedication.
We are a large team but we only need someone to take the routine contracts off our hands.
If it is enough for the work to get done, it is ongoing support even with a large team. If you need guaranteed availability from a particular person, it is the temporary dedicated service on a fixed part-time basis.
Can I contract ongoing support and temporary dedicated services at the same time?
Yes, and it is the most natural combination. The monthly flow of ongoing support covers your team's day to day, and the temporary dedicated service is switched on when the project, the workload spike or the leave arrives. Both are contracted under the same framework agreement, with separate annexes.
What if the specialism I need is only for a limited period?
If the need for that specialism has a beginning and an end —implementing Law 21,719 within six months, for example— the fit is the temporary dedicated service for a specialism gap. If that specialism is going to become a permanent part of your operation, it is ongoing support.
What does it cost?
It is quoted either as a monthly arrangement with a cap on hours, or as a bank of hours drawn on demand, depending on how your volume behaves. We discuss your operation, size the actual flow and propose a concrete arrangement. The effective rate falls as the committed dedication rises.
